Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga helps survivors of trauma to reconnect with a stable and safe sense of self, manage stress and symptoms of trauma, and develop inner resources for reconnecting the body with the mind and the spirit.

What you might want to bring to your yoga practice (there’s no need to spend money):

pillows, blocks (you can use books for this), blankets, water bottle, wear your most comfortable clothes (pajamas make great at home yoga outfits), a strap (I use a bathrobe tie for this).
